堪稱HONDA全球親善大使的ASIMO,居然玩起指揮棒,要國際一流華裔大提琴家馬友友聽他的話,沒錯!在2008年5月13日ASIMO和馬友友於美國底特律同台演出。
已經進化到第二代的ASIMO,除了能小跑步、接待與端茶水外,現在又多了一項技能,那就是拿著指揮棒統領整個底特律交響樂團DSO(Detroit Symphony Orchestra),並和國際一流大提琴家馬友友同台演出,沒錯!這千萬別懷疑,ASIMO真的有這般能耐。
在5月13日於美國底特律針對年輕人所舉辦的演奏會,不僅請出世界知名的底特律交響樂團,大提琴家馬友友也進行演出,但最特別的是HONDA最知名的巨星ASIMO將擔任演奏會指揮,和馬友友、底特律交響樂團共譜「Impossible Dream」,而這可是機器人首度登上音樂藝術殿堂,更是全球車廠的首創。
而ASIMO之所以能擔任指揮,主要是美國HONDA在2008年1月起贊助底特律交響樂團長達五年,除了培養新世代音樂人才,提升品牌形象,更重要的是ASIMO必須擔任演出夥伴,藉由這個小傢伙來吸引年輕人,將HONDA品牌深植到下一代。

太廣公司「綠景莊園」建案廣告不實罰100萬元  
行政院公平交易委員會於本(25)日第868次委員會議決議,太廣股份有限公司(下稱太廣公司)於廣告旗幟、廣告看板及網站,宣稱「綠景莊園 濱湖.溫泉.雙併大別墅」、「濱湖.溫泉.雙併大別墅」、「溫泉.尊爵會館」、「尊爵溫泉會館」、「上億打造千坪雲頂溫泉會館」及「新竹第一座溫泉.濱湖別墅莊園」等,就商品之內容為虛偽不實及引人錯誤之表示,違反公平交易法第21條第1項規定,處新臺幣100萬元之罰鍰,並命其自處分書送達之次日起,應立即停止該違法行為。    
公平交易委員會表示,94年7月22日經濟部依溫泉法第3條第2項規定,訂定「溫泉標準」、「溫泉標準檢測注意事項」等規定後,業者對外宣稱提供溫泉設施者,其泉溫、泉質及檢測方法等事項應符合該等規定。但前開標準訂定施行後,太廣公司於廣告上宣稱其興建之「綠景莊園」建案為「濱湖.溫泉.雙併大別墅」、「濱湖.溫泉.雙併大別墅」、「溫泉.尊爵會館」、「尊爵溫泉會館」、「上億打造千坪雲頂溫泉會館」及「新竹第一座溫泉.濱湖別墅莊園」等,然系爭建案所開挖水井,泉溫僅攝氏27度,且未能符合溫泉法第3條所訂之溫泉標準。故太廣公司已預知或可得而知其日後給付之內容,無法與「溫泉法」等法令規範相符,致無從申請取得溫泉水權之登記,是其就商品之內容為虛偽不實及引人錯誤之表示,核已違反公平交易法第21條第1項規定。  
公平交易委員會審酌太廣公司違法行為之動機、目的、預期之不當利益;違法行為對交易秩序之危害程度;違法行為危害交易秩序之持續期間;因違法行為所得利益;事業之規模、經營狀況及其市場地位;違法類型曾否經中央主管機關導正或警示;以往違法類型、次數、間隔時間及所受處罰;違法後悛悔實據及配合調查等態度;與其他因素,爰處新臺幣100萬元之罰鍰,並命該公司停止前揭違法行為。

  行政院公平交易委員會於本(25)日第868次委員會議決議,有關亞昕開發股份有限公司(下稱亞昕公司)於「亞昕水花園」建案廣告刊登「造型中庭廣場」、「景觀步道」等語,對於商品之內容及用途為虛偽不實及引人錯誤之表示,違反公平交易法第21條第1項規定,除命其立即停止前開違法行為外,並處新臺幣150萬元罰鍰。
  公平會表示,預售屋廣告是否虛偽不實或引人錯誤,應以廣告主使用廣告時之客觀狀況(如廣告主提供日後給付能力、法令之規定)予以判斷,預售屋廣告主使用廣告時,明知或可得而知日後給付之內容無法與廣告相符,或雖與廣告相符,卻違反法令之規定,則其廣告即有虛偽不實及引人錯誤。另按建築法第73條第2項規定,建築物應依核定之使用類組使用,其有變更使用類組或有第9條建造行為以外主要構造、防火區劃、防火避難設施、消防設備、停車空間及其他與原核定使用不合之變更者,應申請變更使用執照。本案亞昕公司於系爭預售屋建案廣告刊載「造型中庭廣場」及「景觀步道」等,然案關建案使用執照竣工圖上登載用途為「停車位」區域,另亞昕公司雖於建案現場建築為「造型中庭廣場」及「景觀步道」設施,而與系爭廣告所載內容相符,惟與竣工圖不符,據臺北縣政府表示,案關「停車位」區域,應依原使用執照竣工圖上登載之用途使用之。是以亞昕公司於本案廣告刊載「造型中庭廣場」及「景觀步道」,核屬虛偽不實及引人錯誤之表示,已違反公平交易法第21條第1項規定。

全台各縣市中,新竹市是唯一女多於男的縣市,原因仍待了解;不過醫界有種說法,認為除了高學歷人口多,較沒有重男輕女觀念外,科技人「速食愛情」較難讓女性達到歡愉,理論上生女的可能性相對提高。
竹市民政處及主計處統計,竹市九十年男女人數,男生多女生近七千人,但差距逐年縮小,今年三月,女生首次超過男生五十人,五月更超過一八八人,戶政人員打趣說,「以後各縣市男生要到新竹市來找老婆囉!」
醫界有趣推論可能與工作壓力大、工時長,一切講究效率,往往男女間只能享受「速食愛情」,較難達到適合生男孩的情境。

馬偕紀念醫院新竹分院婦產科主治醫師張幸治表示,這種理論確實有許多研究,但還需進一步證實,不過在顯微鏡下可明顯看出,游得快、活力好的通常是Y染色體,理論上能讓女方更愉快,也較可能生男孩。

A strong concept: flower power in a city : the poppy.
Philosophy/Solution
In an urban and technological universe, the flower is the essential link that fasten us to the nature. The poppy grows where we don't expect it: on concrete, between two cobbles, two buildings. Red flower, perrenial and vulnerable, rich in symbols, it brings to urban world, optimism and poem. It beautifies the cities and give us energy.
