Description / Synopsis
Communication goal
Lynx (Axe globally) is a male targeted Body Spray with an irreverent brand personality focused around public, playful fantasies.
Lynx were facing a problem. Older guys 17-25yrs were dropping out of the brand because they perceived it to be for their younger brother. Lynx needed to actively engage with the older 17-25yrs males.

Philosophy/Solution
Media Strategy
Media identified that 17-25yrs is a time when our male audience take their first overseas/solo plane trip. These guys have romanticised the reality of air travel via placing extreme values around flying (freedom, escapism & air hostesses!).
To feed this public, playful fantasy, the strategy was to create an airline - LYNXJET. This was more than just a communications strategy targeting males; it involved BEHAVING EXACTLY LIKE AN AIRLINE, with all touch points of a traditional airline, but with messaging creatively tailored to the young male audience. This incorporated an actual airplane, personnel, airline infrastructure and airline communication. Young guys truly believed their fantasies had become reality!

Engaging Creativity
1/ CREATE THE MYTH: a plane was re-branded LynxJet; viral launched the ultimate mile high fantasy club; there was signage at check-in counters; locker/seat/ticket advertising; sampling girls (“Mostesses”) acted like air-hostesses and became walking billboards.
2/ FEED THE MYTH: A playful edge was added to traditional airline infrastructure: we created a website (www.lynxjet.com) and mobile ‘Mile High Club’ lounge. Then we imitated traditional airline advertising.
Encompassing the Audience
We copied airline behavior to increase campaign touch points and maximize awareness. We launched with event TV in the World Cup Qualifier, crashing Qantas’s ‘airline’ exclusivity rights. We created content on targeted radio (with ticket giveaways and interviews with ‘Mostesses’). Retail press messaged Lynxjet prices. Online, we sponsored the travel section of www.wotif.com & advertised “Mostess” profiles on news sites. We staged a recruitment drive for the “Mostesses” on employment sites. We delivered an airline experience by taking a mobile ‘Mile High Club Lounge’ to the streets.

Results
Effectiveness
Controversy is a measure of success! The airplane was pulled due to threatened strike by the carriers’ actual air hostesses. Brand share jumped 14.2% to 84.5% - an all time high! Brand equity measure ‘is a sexy brand’ increased by 10%. Over 658,000 unique page views (27% of the target!). *Winner Cannes Media Lions Grand Prix 2006

一、違反正當法律程序原則,即對人民基本權的違憲侵害:我國釋字第四一八號解釋「憲法第十六條保障人民有訴訟之權,旨在確保人民有依法定程序受公平審判之權利。」釋字第四三六號解釋「國家刑罰權之發動與運作,必須符合正當法律程序之最低要求。」法治國的基本原則,即在維護國家法律秩序,保障基本人權,實現憲法所保障的正當法律程序。刑事程序之任務不只在發現真實,且必須維護憲法所保障犯罪嫌疑人之人性尊嚴與基本人權,唯有在保障人權的原則下,依據正當法律程序原則,追求偵查與審判之公平性,社會正義乃得以實現。程序正義乃法治國家刑事程序中不容抹滅的核心價值。
依據無罪推定原則衍生的犯罪偵查不公開程序,乃為兼顧偵查成效與人權保障原則,我國刑事訴訟法第二四五條明定「偵查,不公開之。檢察官…或其他於偵查程序依法執行職務之人員,不得公開揭露偵查中因執行職務知悉之事項。」即偵查秘密原則,凡偵查行動及偵查內容均不得對外透露,以免消息走漏,發生湮滅證據、勾串共犯或偽證,尤應防止媒體得知,造成輿論審判,嫌疑人名譽遭受莫大損失,被調查人若為商業公司,導致財務危機。
二、秘密偵查原則:秘密偵查原則,乃維護人權的普世價值,部長縱容相關人士在偵辦相關案件期間內放消息給媒體,經外界質疑後,遲至九十七年十月間始發出函件,要求特偵組自己調查內部洩密及查辦媒體供出消息來源,是否藐視人權及程序正義?並違背法律人自律、反求諸己之道?令人不解。
三、未審先判,踐踏人權:部長縱容洩密者放消息給媒體,恐有誤導閱聽大眾之虞,造成輿論審判,而「法官是人,不是神」更是閱聽大眾,在被告或犯罪嫌疑人還沒有被起訴前,大量接收閱聽內容後,如何能夠確保未來審判程序之純潔與公正?在刑事程序中,被告人權應受保障與尊重,乃法治社會顛撲不破之理,如被告在法庭,不得拘束其人身自由,蓋為避免被拘束之形貌,誤導法官或陪審團先入為主,造成胸有定見之誤判。洩密者是否該受嚴正之制裁?洩密者所導致相關當事人之人權危害,如何回復?
四、行政干預司法,法律不容:部長上節目大談個案,並發新聞稿承認「法務部僅就司法行政有關之司法互助部分向院長提出報告」以上所為,有無涉及偵查應秘密之事項?案件當頭,司法行政有無謹守分際,僭行干預司法?
五、社會責任—誓死捍衛正當法律程序:一般社會大眾、媒體對法治認識不清,尚可理解,今因為偵查秘密原則未被嚴守,正當法律程序失守,危及台灣法治,整個社會氛圍陷入人權法治危機之境地,司法行政監督完全停擺,部長上電視大談個案,更是破歷任部長之風骨與堅持,部長是否應拿出過去援助弱勢族群的熱情,擔負起法治教育領航者的社會責任,引咎下台以挽救台灣人權!

July 2 2008 Singapore, BBH Asia Pacific has successfully created a campaign for Indonesia for the launch of the New and Improved Axe body spray, staying true to the brand’s global positioning of “Axe gives guys the edge in the mating game”. The ‘Call Me’ campaign, comprising of four television commercials and two print advertisements, is built on the insight that in Indonesia mobile phones play a fundamental role in courting. We see girls going to great and ridiculous lengths in order to offer their phone numbers to our young Axe guys. The television commercials feature young Indonesian guys who use New and Improved Axe and meet girls in regular everyday situations – in a library, at a traffic light, behind a deli counter, at a convenience store - and are completely taken by surprise with the unusual ways in which the girls’ volunteer their mobile numbers the minute they catch a whiff of their New and Improved Axe fragrance. "Developing an Axe campaign in Indonesia was an exciting challenge for us as we needed to find a particular insight for this market. The New Axe ‘Call Me’ campaign demostrates a new, subtle way for guys and girls to connect,” says Ara Hampartsoumian, Business Development Director, BBH Asia Pacific. The New Axe consists of five new and improved fragrances and features a revolutionary twist top can design. “We are thrilled that BBH has come up with a campaign that hits the right spot with young men all over Indonesia. Context
The French Perfume Comity wants to make the perfume as the ideal Valentine's gift. However, a bouquet is the gift mostly quoted . The aim is to supersede the bouquet.
Philosophy/Solution
Because perfume is worn in direct contact with skin, and because it enables to recognize somebody while your eyes are closed, perfume is the most intimate gift for Valentine's day.

中國海協會長陳雲林的台灣之行引發國際媒體關注,美聯社七日指出,伴隨陳雲林所到之處的激烈抗爭顯示,在社會與政治上,台灣與中國不僅像兩個獨立的國家,更像是不同的星球。
美聯社報導,陳雲林是一九四九年國共內戰以來,訪台層級最高的中國官員,而此行之所以備受矚目,乃因一年前,傾向獨立的前總統陳水扁執政時,根本不可能成行。
訪台期間,陳避談棘手政治議題,比如北京要求台灣必然與中國統一的立場不變,然而相關議題就是阻礙過去和談努力的原因,絕大多數的台灣人支持實質上獨立的現狀。
報導指出,雖然台灣政商要員熱中與陳雲林觥籌交錯,然而許多支持獨立的台灣人反對更靠攏中國,許多街頭抗議者抱怨台灣總統馬英九走在民意之前、太過通融中國,另有些人對大批警力部署台北感到憤怒,認為這個島嶼變得像是與中國一樣的警察國家。

華盛頓郵報報導,因陳雲林來訪而被激怒的台獨抗議人士上街頭發動示威,許多人認為馬英九接受陳雲林不稱呼他是「總統」,猶如投降。
CNN的主播在報導馬陳會時表示,這是兩岸高階層的歷史性見面,不過獨立派人士也對馬英九總統急於與中國交往的政策不安,發動群眾上街頭抗議,表示人民生氣了。
兩手策略 中促美停止對台軍售
英國廣播公司新聞網網站也報導,在陳雲林訪台的同時,中國外交部六日卻向美國總統當選人歐巴瑪呼籲,要求他反對台獨,停止對台出售武器。
法新社報導,雖然台北與北京堅稱,所簽署的協議將為兩岸帶來可觀的經濟利益,然而抗爭者擔憂,台灣將流失大批的資金與工作機會,因為企業主都想利用中國廉價的勞工與資源。
法新社引述政治大學政治學教授童振源的論點指出:「台灣迅速與北京簽署協議,但許多台灣人感覺政府對北京讓步太多,這使馬政府在未來兩岸關係議題上,將更難與在野黨達成共識。」
路透:兩岸未來仍有許多障礙
路透也指出,當馬政府希望藉由分得中國興盛市場的一杯羹,以振興台灣經濟之際,他也面臨島內對中國政治不得妥協的壓力,對陳雲林如影隨形的抗議顯示,在兩岸追求友好的路程中,仍存在許多障礙。
印度主要英文報紙「印度快報」專欄作家阿里亞.阿蘭拉以「暫時和緩」為題指出,台灣要求主權,但北京拒絕,尤其北京二○○五年通過「反分裂國家法」,聲稱要以「非和平」手段保護領土完整,同時又沿台灣海峽部署上千枚飛彈和兩棲兵力。台灣與中國之間仍存在很深的不信任感。

壓倒性勝利 創造新歷史
民主黨總統候選人歐巴瑪(前譯奧巴馬)四日以壓倒性勝利,當選美國史上首位黑人總統。他在芝加哥的勝選演說中,對著二十多萬支持者宣告:「改變已經來到美國」。在已開出的選票中,歐巴瑪不僅以五十二%(約六千兩百九十六萬票)的普選票贏過共和黨候選人麥肯的四十六%(約五千五百七十六萬票),選舉人票更超越麥肯一倍多。贏得這場最漫長的總統大選後,四十七歲的歐巴瑪將在明年元月二十日宣誓就職,成為美國第四十四屆總統。
民主黨雙贏 國會席次增
美國各大電視網在美東時間四日深夜十一時宣布,歐巴瑪的選舉人票數已超越當選所需的二百七十票。守在芝加哥競選總部和全國各地的歐巴瑪支持者,頓時響起一片歡呼聲,奮力揮舞著國旗。許多支持者激動落淚,相互擁抱。美國主流報紙五日紛紛以「歐巴瑪創造歷史」為標題,宣告歐巴瑪成為美國白宮新主人。
